1. Services Offered
NotaRena provides professional property-focused notary assistance services, digital information products, and related goods. Details for each category are provided below.
2. Appointment Booking and Scheduling
To schedule a notary assistance session, please complete our Contact Form. Confirmation will be sent via email. Any adjustments to your appointment must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.
3. Fees and Payment
Service fees are quoted during booking and must be settled using the methods indicated in your invoice. Payment confirmation is required to secure your appointment or access any digital materials.
4. Refund and Reimbursement Policy
4.1 Notary Assistance Services
If you notify us of cancellation at least 48 hours before your appointment, we will reimburse the full amount within 14 days of approval. You may request to reschedule your appointment once at no extra charge. For on-site visits arranged exclusively for you, cancellations made less than 48 hours prior are not refundable due to reserved personnel and logistical arrangements.
4.2 Digital Information Products
Clients may request a refund within 7 days of first access to digital guides or templates. To qualify, the materials must not be fully downloaded or applied. After 7 days, purchases are final and non-refundable.
4.3 Physical Goods
Requests for reimbursements or s of unopened goods in original packaging must be made within 14 days of shipment confirmation. Clients are responsible for shipping costs to send items back. After this period, purchases cannot be reimbursed.
5. Liability Limitation
NotaRena acts solely in a support role and does not assume legal liability for outcomes arising from public registry decisions or third-party requirements. Our total responsibility is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product.
6. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law and any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Vaud, Switzerland.
